Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and become a vital part of bringing building projects to life! In this energetic role, you will be actively involved in various phases of construction, from foundational work to finishing touches. Your hands-on skills and dedication will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working on diverse projects that make a real impact in the community. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site cleanup Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Support concrete pouring, finishing, and pumping activities to create durable structures Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and framing according to blueprints and schematics Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Perform masonry work, stucco application, roofing, and restoration tasks as needed Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in concrete forming, cutting, finishing, and pouring processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and operating heavy machinery when necessary Familiarity with construction estimating principles and material handling procedures Strong understanding of various trades including carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry, roofing, plastering, tile laying, metal stud framing, and welding Valid driver's license for commercial driving or ability to operate heavy equipment as required Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence and quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a difference! Pay:
$23.71 - $28.56 per hour
