Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or Sprinter Van for daily delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic laws and DOT regulations. Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques. Deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers promptly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update statuses, and communicate with dispatch teams effectively. Follow route plans meticulously to optimize delivery efficiency while maintaining safety standards. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate delivery logs, handle heavy lifting with proper techniques, and report any delivery issues or incidents immediately. Experience Proven delivery driver experience with knowledge of route driving and manual transmission operation is preferrable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to operate mobile devices for route navigation and delivery updates efficiently. Valid driver's license suitable for operating a box truck or personal vehicle used for deliveries; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is not required.
