Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to assist with project execution Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Assist with erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure site stability Operate power tools and equipment, conducting basic repairs and maintenance as needed Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementation of OSHA safety standards and proper use of respiratory protection gear Support the installation of erosion control devices and other site-specific safety measures Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures safely to access work areas at various heights Maintain a clean, organized worksite by managing debris, tools, and materials in accordance with safety protocols Experience Prior industrial or commercial construction experience is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards Experience with erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices on construction sites Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair, maintenance, and operation of power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling guidelines Demonstrated understanding of respiratory protection requirements and climbing safety procedures Join us to build a safer, more efficient future!
