Job Description

Global Pinnacle Care Company Overview A specialized company managing and directing comprehensive janitorial and facility cleaning services for automotive parts manufacturing plants.
Job Responsibilities Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
On-Site Workforce Management:
Supervise, assign, and manage daily operations for 7-10 field employees Human Resources (HR): Handle overall HR administration, including recruitment, labor management, and attendance tracking
Supply & Vendor Management:
Order and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment; communicate with external vendors and manage client services
Quality & Safety Control:
Monitor compliance with facility cleanliness and quality standards Attend regular safety meetings Conduct safety protocols and job training for field staff
Administration & Reporting:
Draft PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for training materials and operational reports
