2988837931-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Lee Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects across the Southeast. You will oversee project planning, budgeting, submittals, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control while ensuring strict safety and code compliance. Partner closely with customers, field supervisors, and engineers to deliver on-time, on-budget projects. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Maintain strong client communication and resolve project issues promptly Monitor project progress, quality, and cost performance Collaborate with engineers, foremen, and leadership to achieve project goals Mentor and support team members, promoting a safety-first, people-focused culture Required Skills Electrical construction Project management Blueprint reading Cost estimating Scheduling (CPM/MS Project) Contract administration Change order management MS Office/Project management software Safety compliance (OSHA/NFPA 70 E) Team leadership
