Job Description

I'm partnered with a family-owned, high-integrity construction company seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Superintendent to join their field leadership team in the Greater Charleston, SC area. Superintendents are empowered to lead without micromanagement and are supported by a team that values collaboration and quality execution. πŸ”¨ What You'll Do Oversee daily field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and production Lead toolbox talks, safety compliance, and weekly work planning Coordinate subcontractors Review drawings and ensure accurate field execution Handle logistics, reporting, permitting, and documentation Maintain daily reports and participate in project meetings πŸ—οΈ Project Experience Includes CMU commercial buildings, schools, and government facilities (including Coast Guard projects) Healthcare, clinics, offices, data rooms, and power plants Parking structures and large-scale commercial developments Precast, veneer, structural masonry, seismic/earthquake-rated work Renovations, retrofits, and new construction πŸ“Œ What They're Looking For 5+ years of commercial masonry experience 1+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role Strong CMU / load-bearing masonry experience (required) Ability to read drawings and manage field execution independently OSHA 30 preferred Procore experience a plus Stable work history and professional integrity πŸ’‘ What's Offered Relocation assistance available Strong pipeline of local, repeat-client work (no constant travel) Family-owned company with low turnover and long-term stability Autonomy to run jobsites without micromanagement Strong culture of safety, respect, and craftsmanship πŸ“© To be considered, please send your resume and project list tojasmine.ingram@gogpac.comπŸ“ž 402.402.6264
