This pivotal role involves overseeing daily site operations, managing construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Duties Lead and supervise all construction activities on-site, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore or similar construction management software to meet deadlines Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a secure work environment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide construction processes Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals Utilize construction estimating tools for accurate cost forecasting and resource planning Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising capabilities Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore and/or other relevant tools Strong knowledge of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with confidence Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety best practices on heavy-duty construction sites Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration and accountability Join us as a Site Superintendent where your expertise will shape the future of infrastructure projects!
