A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial and concrete construction projects from estimating through project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project management experience while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, and competitive bid proposals. Manage projects from award through closeout. Develop project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Review blueprints, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and profitability. Ensure compliance with OSHA, local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of Construction Project Management experience. 3+ years of Construction Estimating experience. Experience managing commercial, concrete, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects. Proficiency with HeavyBid or equivalent estimating software. Experience using Primavera P6 , Procore , Bluebeam , PlanSwift , On-Screen Takeoff , AutoCAD , or Civil 3D . Strong blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction plan review skills. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and change order management. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and environmental compliance. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. OSHA 30, PMP, or other construction-related certifications. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex commercial or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of contract negotiations and project lifecycle cost management.
