They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the top GC's in their unique market space. Project Locations:
Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Mississippi In-office role with flexibility as discussed Family oriented culture Hands off management approach Great relationships with subcontractors Minimal travel required - monthly jobsite visits Strong pipeline of projects Job Description Manage a full project lifecycle, from inception through to closeout Manage all scopes of work involved - no pigeon holing here Perform buyouts to ensure budgets are maintained As necessary, update plans and schedules for field staff Work with Superintendents to coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management Must have construction experience in the multifamily or commercial markets Desire to help move a business forward Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Experience with ProCore is a plus Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
