Night Shift Role & Responsibilities:
Provide essential nursing care during overnight hours, including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatments. Respond to routine and urgent medical needs independently while collaborating with on-call and onsite teams. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the ability to think critically, act confidently, and work autonomously. Strong communication and documentation skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
