This energetic position requires a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results that meet all safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities (based on experience level) Supervise daily construction activities, managing teams of subcontractors and labor crews to uphold safety standards and quality expectations. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to coordinate construction efforts effectively. Coordinate with project managers to manage budgets, track costs, and oversee procurement processes utilizing construction management software such as Buildertrend. Oversee the review of construction drawings for accuracy and clarity while managing change orders and contractual documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality control measures, and safety protocols. Collaborate with management to resolve technical issues related to pipeline installation, heavy civil work, or other specialized construction activities. Lead meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders to communicate project progress, address challenges, and align on project goals. Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, safety incidents, inspections, and project documentation for audit purposes. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately. Help maintain jobsite cleanliness, light carpentry, light demolition.
