About the team:
The Walmart Realty construction team leads onsite operations across Walmart US, managing subcontractors and field personnel to ensure projects meet design, quality, and safety standards. The team coordinates scheduling, site logistics, and regulatory inspections to maintain efficient workflows and compliance. Focused on safety assurance and quality control, they implement proactive measures and training to uphold site safety. Through effective communication and coordination, the team supports timely project delivery while fostering continuous improvement and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • What you'll do...
  • + Lead daily field operations, ensuring safe, high-quality execution of work + Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to maintain productivity and compliance + Coordinate trades, scheduling, and work sequencing to meet project milestones + Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules to identify upcoming needs and constraints + Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordination + Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through audits and corrective actions + Coordinate regulatory, jurisdictional, and client inspections + Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records + Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders + Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture •What you'll bring:•+ Proven experience leading onsite construction operations with strong supervisory skills over subcontractors and field personnel.
