Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent supervisory skills, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to maintain project efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications. Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation. Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and incident logs. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Ensure all team members adhere to OSHA guidelines to promote a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction projects. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to construction. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders. OSHA certification is highly desirable.
