We're looking for a licensed commercial electrician who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. As our Operations / Production Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial electrical projects while leading field electricians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and up to our quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing multiple commercial electrical projects Leading, coaching, and supporting field electricians Coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines Communicating with customers, contractors, and vendors Performing jobsite visits, quality control, and safety oversight Solving field challenges before they become project delays Supporting estimating, planning, and production meetings Are You a Good Fit? You'll thrive in this role if you have: Current Journeyman or Master Electrician license Commercial electrical experience Proven leadership and project management ability Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure Experience managing crews and commercial projects is strongly preferred. What Work Schedule Is Required?
Full-Time Position:
Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility as project demands require.
