As our Operations / Production Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial electrical projects while leading field electricians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and up to our quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing multiple commercial electrical projects Leading, coaching, and supporting field electricians Coordinating schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines Communicating with customers, contractors, and vendors Performing jobsite visits, quality control, and safety oversight Solving field challenges before they become project delays Supporting estimating, planning, and production meetings Are You a Good Fit?
