Job description:

The Field Supervisor will work directly with our Field Staff, Subcontractors, and Project Managers. The Field Supervisor will manage daily operations including the project staff and subcontractors. They will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reports to Project Manager Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s) Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. are adhered to Build per plans and specs Maintain official project log and documentation files Implementation / interpretation of safety programs Provide direction to planning, cost and scheduling Perform additional assignments per project manager direction

Qualifications:

Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills Ability to motivate subcontractors, suppliers, etc. in production, quality, and safety of the project. Ability to formulate RFIs. Ability to confirm all submittals and shop drawings per plans and specs. Ability to confirm proper crew sizes of subcontractors. Ability to recognize changes in scope of the work Ability to interact and negotiate with clients and end users Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision Knowledge of both Commercial and Residential construction Highly professional and dependable Strong work ethic and good people skills Position will offer a base salary.
