A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
Key Responsibilities Review plans, specs, and contracts; clarify scope, inclusions, and exclusions Build and maintain project budgets and schedules utilizing the JobTread platform. Coordinate daily with field supervisors/foremen to keep projects on track Order materials, track deliveries, and prevent jobsite delays Schedule and manage subcontractors and in-house crews Conduct site walks to verify quality, safety, and progress Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Attend progress meetings and provide clear, concise updates Track project costs vs. budget and help maintain target margins Manage punch lists and project closeout (warranties, final docs, etc.) Qualifications 3-5+ years of construction PM or strong Assistant PM / Superintendent experience Experience with exterior scopes (siding, masonry, EIFS, or similar) preferred Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specs Understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and basic estimating Comfortable communicating with GCs, owners, architects, and field crews Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple projects at once Proficient with basic software (email, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites in NWA Experience pulling trailers Preferred Experience with JobTread, Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred Experience with building envelope work (weather barrier, flashing, waterproofing, etc.) Prior experience in a small/medium contractor environment wearing multiple hats Personal Traits / Culture Fit Ownership mentality - treats projects like it's their own money on the line Calm under pressure and solution-minded Strong communicator (text, email, calls) Team player with both office and field Detail-oriented on quality and safety, not just speed Pay Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
