Job Description
Overview We are seeking a Job Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from start to finish. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate daily site activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. As a pivotal member of our construction management team, you will oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Your expertise will help drive successful project delivery while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication Monitor project progress using construction management software (ProCore) to track schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings Manage site safety protocols by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to verify work accuracy Oversee contract compliance, review change orders, and assist in construction estimating processes when needed Regional travel (Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana) will be required. Experience Proven supervising experience in commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices Extensive site management experience including scheduling project activities using ProCore software Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of contracts administration and managing subcontractor relationships Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards Proficiency in construction management software ProCore for documentation and communication Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control Join us as a Traveling Job Site Supervisor where your leadership will shape successful projects!
