Type:

full-time We're looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to lead commercial installation projects across Arizona, overseeing architectural sheet metal roofing, wall panels, siding and ACM façade systems. Working closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, General Contractors and field crews, you'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include forecasting labour and material requirements, coordinating schedules and resources, maintaining a 3-week look-ahead, managing quality control, site reporting, shop drawing reviews, equipment and material management, payroll/time collection, mentoring and developing crews, and ensuring OSHA compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Construction Foreman or Superintendent within commercial construction. Hands-on experience with architectural sheet metal roofing, siding and ACM panel installation is essential. Proven experience managing and developing field crews across multiple concurrent projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings and contracts. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety. Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a minimum 3-week look-ahead schedule. Valid, clean driver's licence and ability to pass background checks where required. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Ability to work outside normal office hours when required to support field operations. DOT, OSHA, Forklift, Aerial Lift and CPR certifications are advantageous.
