Your day-to-day includes:

Leadership:

Influencing and directing multiple trades to maintain high-quality standards.

Scheduling:

Orchestrating complex timelines for remodels, buildouts, and new builds.

Communication:

Acting as the bridge between the field and the office through timely daily/weekly reporting.

Documentation:

Managing blueprints, job site documents, as-builts, and the closeout process.

What You Bring Experience:

Proven track record in commercial construction (experience with our core clients—QSR and Big Box Retail—is a major plus).

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Fieldwire experience gives you a head start.

Morning Kickoff:

Conduct safety meetings and coordinate with trade foremen to ensure daily goals are aligned.

Field Oversight:

Perform walk-throughs to verify quality control, troubleshoot site issues, and keep the project on schedule.

Digital Management:

Spend roughly 20% of your time updating Procore, submitting daily reports, and managing site documents.

Client Relations:
