Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects from ground-up through completion. This individual should bring a strong track record managing commercial builds in the Greater Phoenix Valley, along with the ability to communicate effectively, drive schedules, and lead teams in the field. This opportunity is with a growing general contractor known for its close-knit culture and servant leadership approach from management. Projects are primarily ground-up, typically ranging from $20M-$60M.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a safe and clean work environment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent in the Greater Phoenix Valley Led ground up commercial builds, $20M+ Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
