On-site, luxury residential design-build About Us Eberson Construction & Remodeling is a luxury design-build firm built on three core values: heart, integrity, and respect. We build quality homes and keep our commitments — to our clients, our trade partners, and each other. Mission of the Role The Superintendent owns the day-to-day execution of our residential projects — turning plans into finished homes on schedule, on budget, and to a standard of workmanship our clients and our name can stand behind. Outcomes (What success looks like in this role — the results we're hiring for, not just the tasks.) Schedule adherence: Keep assigned projects on or ahead of the published schedule, proactively flagging and resolving delays before they cascade.
Quality standard:
Deliver a finished product with a punch list that reflects minor, not systemic, issues — verified through regular jobsite walkthroughs from framing through completion.
Trade partner coordination:
Run a jobsite where trades are sequenced efficiently, inspections are scheduled without rework, and materials arrive on time to avoid downtime.
Clear communication loop:
Provide the team, trade partners, and clients with consistent, accurate updates on progress, budget status, and any issues — so nobody is surprised.
Site standards:
Maintain jobsites that are clean, safe, and organized at every stage of the build, consistent with a luxury-brand standard. Competencies (The behaviors and traits that predict success in this role.)
