Day Shift Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage commercial construction projects, with responsibility for project cost, schedule, quality, subcontractors, documentation, and client communication. About the
Opportunity:
Manage project contracts, subcontracts, scopes, negotiations, and compliance. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and reporting. Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, crews, and internal teams. Procure long-lead materials and equipment and coordinate project requirements. Monitor project progress, field quantities, costs, and productivity. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve construction issues. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate permits and communicate with governing agencies. Track timecards, field logs, project costs, payables, receivables, and monthly progress payments. Maintain accurate project files, correspondence, subcontractor agreements, and related documentation. Build and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. What You'll Bring:
4 years minimum of commercial/vertical construction project management experience; experience with 4+ story projects required.
What Sets You Apart:
Broad knowledge of construction methods and commercial construction practices. Ability to read blueprints and construction documents. Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost-control, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active construction sites. Ability to walk construction sites and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
