Coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to optimize timelines and resource allocation. Manage teams on-site and off-site, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications; interpret technical drawings such as Civil 3D files for accurate implementation. Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools; track expenditures against budgets regularly. Ensure all contractual obligations are met by managing contracts, change orders, and project documentation diligently. Facilitate project scheduling coordination to align with client expectations and regulatory deadlines. Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms for real-time project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and safety compliance; address issues promptly to minimize delays. Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders; communicate effectively across teams to maintain momentum. Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within civil or commercial sectors; demonstrated success in managing complex infrastructure projects preferred. Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Construction Schedule Coordination software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices using HeavyBid or comparable software. Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), building codes, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to read and interpret detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
