Phoenix, Arizona job type: Contract salary: $73.33 - 89.33 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee on-site quality assurance and quality control processes throughout construction, reviewing contractor Quality Management Plans and ensuring adherence to safety programs.

Audit project execution against quality specifications, track defects and non-conformances, and digitize workflows to improve transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Train, counsel, and mentor project staff and trade partners to build a proactive quality culture and maintain high standards across all project phases.

Collaborate closely with construction, design, commissioning, procurement, and operations stakeholders during OAC and weekly quality meetings.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement protocols across regional construction workflows.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in data center construction or similar industry, with 3+ years in quality assurance, project management, and cross-functional communication. Proficiency in BIM, Bluebeam, PowerBI, and 360 Suite, with preferred certifications such as

USACE CQM, OSHA

30, or Lean/DMAIC methodologies.
