Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented fiber optic construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Supervisor, you will coordinate with project teams, review project drawings, and enforce safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Report and Record daily production Manage/coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and quality of work. Attend Pre-con meetings Review and interpret construction drawing, designs and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation. White Line projects Report all field changes Attend to resident complaints due to the construction process. Enforce federal construction safety regulations including OSHA standards; conduct regular safety inspections. Conduct quality control inspections; review construction drawing revisions; ensure work complies with all technical specifications and regulations. Attend team meetings; communicate effectively with management, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure clarity of project goals. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance among team members Participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions Qualifications Proven experience supervising fiber optic construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Demonstrated ability in managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills. Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction schematics for accurate execution. Experience in construction scheduling and project management. Ability to read and review construction drawings; supervise quality control measures; manage safety protocols effectively. Excellent communication skills for crews and managing contractual documentation.
