Job Description

Pacific Highway Entertainment LLC is seeking a part-time Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to support business development, client outreach, and event scheduling from our Prescott Valley, Arizona facility. This role is focused primarily on generating new business for PHE by identifying prospective clients, conducting outbound outreach, following up with leads, qualifying event opportunities, and helping convert inquiries into booked work. The position will also assist with maintaining the company sales pipeline, coordinating client meetings, and managing event scheduling. This is a primarily in-person position based at PHE's Prescott Valley facility. The employee will work from a dedicated company workstation and use company-provided systems, email, CRM tools, and office telephone resources. Limited remote or off-site work may occasionally be approved for client meetings, site visits, networking, or other business-development activities. Key Responsibilities Identify and research prospective clients, venues, organizations, planners, and other potential sources of event-production work Conduct outbound sales outreach by phone, email, and other approved channels Respond professionally and promptly to inbound inquiries Gather and document event details including date, venue, attendance, production needs, schedule, budget, and client expectations Maintain accurate lead, contact, follow-up, and opportunity information within the company sales system Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process Schedule client consultations, site visits, and production discussions Maintain prospective and confirmed event scheduling information Coordinate with company leadership regarding technical feasibility, pricing, equipment availability, and production scope Prepare and transmit approved estimates, proposals, and client communications Assist with obtaining signed agreements, deposits, and required booking information Support the handoff of confirmed events to production and operations Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with clients and referral partners Provide regular updates regarding pipeline activity, proposals, and booked revenue Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone and email communication Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients and decision-makers Ability to independently conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up Ability to manage multiple active leads, deadlines, and client communications Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn company CRM, scheduling, and quoting systems Reliable transportation to the Prescott Valley workplace Ability to work primarily in person during scheduled business hours Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, venues, events, audiovisual production, or related fields is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, professional, and persistent without being overly aggressive. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to new people, maintaining consistent follow-up, and taking ownership of the sales process.

$18-22 per hour, plus sales commission Pacific Highway Entertainment LLC is a growing live-event production company providing professional lighting, audio, video, broadcast, and technical production services for events throughout the region.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
