DASH Car Wash is looking for an experienced car wash professional to oversee and manage a DASH site near you! We're looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven candidates with management experience to fill our Site Manager position. Training for this position will take place on-site and at our sister locations within the West Valley. Travel to these locations will be required upon hire as needed.

Position Summary:

Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent guest service standards Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs Identify and resolve guest complaints Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to company standards and policies Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom Achieve profit goals for the location with a consistent focus on membership sales Maintain efficient personnel scheduling Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations Oversee daily business operations of the store Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner Hold meetings to conform with company standards and trainings Maintain safe environment and work experience Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews The Ideal Candidate is: Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Minimum of +3 years car wash management experience or relative field Professional look and demeanor Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers Excellent guest service skills Management experience Mechanically inclined Basic understanding of computer software and willingness to learn utilized services High school diploma or equivalent Good organization skills Meets basic management competencies Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Self-motivated and positive attitude All job offers are contingent upon the completion of DASH Car Wash's multi-stage interview process.
