SUMMARY Administers professional and construction contracts to ensure all TUSD buildings are constructed safely and are functional. This position plays a vital role in managing and overseeing of district wide construction projects, from initiation through completion. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in project management, technology, business administration or related field AND Two (2) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management OR Associate's degree in project management, technology, business administration or related field AND Four (4) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management OR Six (6) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management. One (1) year of supervisory experience Strong understanding of various project management methodologies Experience with project management software tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar Strong background in Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.) Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills including presenting reports, charts, and graphs in public presentations Skilled in facilitating and leading meetings Knowledge of OSHA, State and City building and fire codes and regulations Proficient using word processing, database, spreadsheet programs and project software programs Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions

Work Calendar:

12 month Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits. Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.
