Alternate Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Track Record:
Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.
Specialized Experience:
Experience with healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments is preferred . Managing project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting.
Risk Management:
Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks before they impact cost, schedule, or quality.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Effectively communicating and aligning priorities across client reps, subcontractors, end-users, and governing authorities.
Construction Contract Administration:
Managing daily submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for daily field operations, contract administration, and project status updates. Oversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications, local codes, and federal or healthcare safety guidelines. Lead weekly project progress meetings, risk assessments, and schedule alignment reviews. Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, as-built document submissions, and final inspections.
