Role:

As a Superintendent, you'll oversee all phases of on-site construction, ensuring quality craftsmanship, on-time delivery, and seamless coordination with trades, clients, and our internal team. You'll play a key role in maintaining the level of excellence our clients expect in the luxury market.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for luxury residential and commercial projects Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and field crews Enforce safety and quality standards on all job sites Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and clients Maintain project timelines, budgets, and detailed documentation Anticipate issues and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential and/or commercial construction Proven ability to lead trades and manage multiple high-end projects Strong understanding of building systems, sequencing, and quality control Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly organized, motivated, and solutions-oriented
