Associate Client Manager (Construction) IMA Financial Group - 3.4 Anaheim, CA Job Details $70,000 - $80,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits Health savings account AD&D insurance Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Data integrity assurance Microsoft Outlook Data integrity and documentation Task assignment Full Job Description Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates Pursues formal and informal training to develop into Account Manager Demonstrates competencies to own a book of business, but does not yet own a book Shadows AM and assists on renewals Demonstrates proficiency to perform all job tasks with AE & AM oversight, including: Using the client workbook, and under the direction of the Account Executive, creates the marketing submission and manages ongoing negotiates with carriers Receives quotes, reviews for accuracy and desired coverages, terms, pricing from submission, generates and populates the proposal, and sends to Account Executive for completion/review Receives policies, sends instructions to the applicable COE and keeps COE abreast of any changes that occur during negotiations with ability to process the policy if needed Other general responsibilities include premium allocations, surplus lines template preparation, Certificate of Insurance request template preparation & master approval, on-demand certificates, basic contract reviews, policy endorsements, resolving coverage and premium discrepancy issues, and audits on expired and/or non-renewed policies Required Experience and Skills include but are not limited to: Experience in insurance or related industry Ability to work within AMS and maintain data completeness standards High level of organization and ability to interface with clients and carriers Ability to delegate to appropriate parties when necessary Experience with MS Office products required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) Some travel required (up to 10% depending on book of business & industry) Strong communication skills both written and verbal
