This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes safety, and can effectively manage crews, schedules, and client relationships across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in managing field construction activities while maintaining project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from mobilization to closeout Review project plans, specifications, budgets, and schedules prior to project startup Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution Develop and maintain production schedules and two-week look-ahead plans Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, conflicts, or cost impacts Ensure all punch list items and closeout documentation are completed on time Submit daily production reports and project documentation accurately and promptly Leadership & Communication Supervise, mentor, and develop field personnel and new hires Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, vendors, engineers, and field crews Provide leadership that promotes accountability, teamwork, and professionalism Conduct regular project meetings and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders Resolve field issues, disputes, and operational challenges efficiently Safety & Quality Control Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites Conduct and document safety meetings and ensure compliance with company safety protocols Monitor quality control standards and ensure work meets project specifications Report accidents, incidents, and quality concerns according to company procedures Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed Budget & Cost Management Monitor labor, overtime, equipment usage, fuel, and material costs Assist with maintaining projects within budget and on schedule Review design revisions for potential cost impacts and communicate changes appropriately Support project management teams with forecasting and cost tracking Qualifications Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and general computer applications Ability to travel extensively and work overtime as required Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Fluent communication skills in English and/or Spanish Commitment to workplace safety and team development Work Environment This position requires extensive travel to active construction job sites across multiple states. Work environments may include exposure to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, heights, and work near or over water.
