All of these traits work hand in hand to ensure success for the property and the Property Manager. Responsibilities Great customer service with residents and prospective residents to build and maintain professional relationships Listen and address resident concerns Enforce the rules and policies defined by the Property. Place work orders and follow up with the maintenance staff Follow up with Regional Manager to re-cap the events of the day Ensures the profitability of a property by maintaining the building in a "like new" fashion, and that all apartments are rented out at competitive rates Assist in the overall operation of the property Leasing Cleaning Administration Assist in collecting rents on the 1st of each month and the issuance of notices to residents. Assist in depositing the rents and filling out the proper paperwork. Addition compensation for an On-Site manger is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit.
