Join our team and play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned construction sites from planning through completion. The Project Superintendent is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment while ensuring project specifications, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Responsibilities include daily scheduling, supervising jobsite activities, coordinating inspections, maintaining required project documentation in Procore, and ensuring compliance with company, facility, safety, infection control, and interim life safety requirements.

Oversee daily field operations and ensure all construction work performed meets company quality standards and project requirements Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and employees to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements Manage daily work schedules and track the status and completion of assigned work Oversee the quality and performance of subcontractor work and address field issues as they arise Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the construction schedule throughout the project from start to finish Maintain and upload project schedule progress and required field documentation to Procore Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, materials, and equipment to maintain project progress Schedule and direct inspections with city officials, government agencies, private agencies, and other required authorities and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for presentation Review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and other project documents to understand and coordinate field requirements Identify and resolve field issues involving plans, specifications, constructability, architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders; properly document corrections, changes, and requests Accurately produce and submit required project documentation through Procore within designated timeframes, including redlines, RFIs/change events, daily reports, incident reports, safety meeting records, infection control/interim life safety measures (IC/ILSM) checklists, jobsite photographs, time and material logs, and three-week look-ahead schedules Review the project submittal log and assist with tracking submittals from submission through final approval Review subcontractor scopes of work with each subcontractor and ensure work outside the approved scope is authorized in advance Ensure subcontractors scheduled to work on site have met required insurance and site-access requirements prior to beginning work Maintain and post OSHA and company-required safety information at the jobsite Conduct weekly on-site safety meetings and ensure subcontractors and personnel have been trained on job-specific hazards Serve as the primary day-to-day field representative responsible for compliance with company and facility infection control (IC) and interim life safety measures (ILSM) requirements Promptly identify, document, communicate, and correct observed safety, IC, and ILSM conditions in accordance with company policies Order required on-site materials and proactively plan for long-lead items to prevent impacts to the project schedule Regularly coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure RFIs, change events, submittals, and other project issues are clearly understood and properly documented Attend project pre-construction, weekly construction, coordination, and closeout meetings as required Document and coordinate subcontractor completion of punch list items in a timely manner and ensure required customer sign-off is obtained Coordinate required closeout documentation with the Project Engineering team and ensure closeout activities are completed in a timely manner Maintain an organized, professional, safe, and clean jobsite and ensure subcontractors meet project cleanup requirements Turn in accurately coded company credit card logs by required monthly deadlines Develop positive working relationships with subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and other project team members Enforce employee compliance with and adherence to all company policies, including strict compliance with wage and hour and timekeeping requirements Exceed ethical standards Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and 2 years of related experience; associate's degree and 5 or more years of related work experience; 5 or more years of related construction experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Thorough knowledge of construction trades, field operations, sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, scopes of work, safety requirements, and other project documents Ability to supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining project quality and schedule requirements Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and jobsite safety practices Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Ability to accurately maintain field reports, project documentation, and business records Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Healthcare facility construction experience is preferred Experience with

HCAI/OSHPD

projects or similarly complex construction environments is preferred Must be located in the Sacramento area or within reasonable commuting distance Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as assigned Valid Driver's License OSHA 30

Certification First Aid/CPR Certification Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
