Construction Project Executive / Project Manager

S.C. Anderson, Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Executive /Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large scale commercial construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractors. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensure that safety protocols are followed, and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage construction project plans and timelines. Manage the budget and ensure that all costs are within the allocated budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the construction site. Monitor progress of the project and report any issues to the relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all deadlines are met. Provide regular updates to the client on the progress of the project.

$160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
