Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor/Site Lead/Superintendent. Your main goal is to maintain high quality and strict safety rules on the job site, managing daily site operations, supervising teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction management practices to deliver high-quality results efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic projects within a fast-paced construction environment, emphasizing safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily site operations and direct field crews or subcontractors, and vendors on-site to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Enforce OSHA and company rules, including proper PPE usage. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage. and building permits. Monitor project timelines and daily production goals. Inspect work quality to ensure compliance with blueprints and building codes. Resolve on-site issues and report proper progress to upper management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; degree in construction management is a plus.
• 10 years' experience journeyman level in construction.
• 5 years of proven experience in construction supervision, or as a foreman.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and blueprint reading.
• OSHA 30 certification is highly required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• USACE or

NAVFAC CQM

certification.

• Experienced and qualified in AISC fabrication, erection, complex coatings with seismic endorsement work environment.
• Experience in leading teams in commercial building systems.
• Proven history in delivering quality with attention to detail to commercial level finishes.
• Solid mentor and coach to journey personnel.
