This role is vital in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive Residential construction site experience. As a Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Must know how to read and interpret plans Skills Extensive experience with Residential construction site supervision. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
