This role requires a strong communicator, a strategic thinker, and a detailoriented leader who thrives in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. If you excel at managing people, processes, and priorities while delivering exceptional results, we'd love to meet you. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and carry responsibility for delivering highquality builds on time and within scope. You'll coordinate across diverse teams—including clients, architects, field supervisors, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors—to maintain seamless project execution and strong working relationships. Responsibilities Build and maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors Serve as the primary point of contact for jobs within the organization Management of construction projects from start to finish. Management of field coordinators and support staff members for team. Participate in the design and implementation of project as necessary. Collect and negotiate pricing with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors within established guidelines or as directed.position. Collect and relay changes to design to company. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services and goods to our clients. Forecast and track KPI's and metric information relevant to your assigned duties and Assist with high priority requests or escalate as needed. Other tasks as assigned by the company.

Ability to communicate with and speak the language of a diverse set of people including clients, architects, and workers on sites. Qualifications A minimum of 7 years construction project management and having directly overseen field personnel/ superintendents. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Intermediate+ computer skills. Must show proficiency with MS office (particularly MS Excel, Word & Outlook). Previous experience with a CRM system such as Buildertrend, Salesforce, Procore, etc. preferred Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English required, Spanish preferred May be asked to work longer than normal hours, weekends, and attend industry events. Technical skills to understand architectural, structural, and MEP plan sets proficiently.
Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
