Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the full construction lifecycle—from planning and site preparation through completion and final inspection. Coordinate and manage daily construction activities to ensure timely and cost‑effective progress. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Lead and supervise construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and skilled trades. Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines. Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents. Track and manage project progress using software such as Xact Analysis & Buildertrend. Identify and resolve safety or quality control issues promptly. Maintain OSHA compliance and promote a safe working environment. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Recommend improvements to construction processes and cost‑saving opportunities. Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices. Experience with construction estimating and project scheduling. Proficiency with construction programs such as Pro Core, Buildertrend etc.. Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements. Experience with construction contracts and vendor/subcontractor negotiations. Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑management skills. Excellent attendance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
