A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
$120,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a Modular Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will coordinate clients, consultants, manufacturers, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead all phases of project execution including planning, permitting, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, and project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports. Coordinate with architects, engineers, manufacturers, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Review contracts, track change orders, and oversee project financial performance. Monitor manufacturing progress and coordinate transportation and installation logistics. Conduct site visits and oversee quality control and safety compliance. Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions. Prepare project updates and progress reports for ownership and clients. Desired Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction. Experience with commercial, residential, multifamily, modular, prefab, or off-site construction projects preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls. Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
