Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor - Construction to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate daily site activities, manage construction teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will drive project success by supervising subcontractors, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations Manage and coordinate construction schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 and Procore to ensure timely project delivery Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents to guide team activities effectively Oversee subcontractor performance, manage crew assignments, and supervise team members to maintain high productivity levels Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations Control project budgets by tracking costs, managing procurement processes through Construction management software like Prolog or HeavyBid, and minimizing waste Ensure quality control by inspecting work for compliance with specifications and standards, addressing issues promptly Coordinate with project managers on scheduling adjustments, resource allocation, and progress reporting Skills Experience with construction site management including supervising teams in commercial construction environments Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction schedules Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, and contract administration Excellent managerial communication skills for managing crews, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders effectively Hands-on experience with construction safety management practices and quality assurance processes A vehicle to drive to multiple job sites per day.
