This hands-on field-and-office role is responsible for maintaining high installation standards, coaching installers, improving jobsite efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience. What You'll Do Review upcoming projects with installers to ensure they understand the scope, have the needed skills, and have appropriate materials. Review completed and incomplete jobs for accurate paperwork and follow-up needs. Visit active jobsites to monitor workmanship, jobsite cleanliness, customer experience, and progress. Coach and develop installers, provide practical support on complex work, and assist with heavy lifting when needed. Communicate with customers regarding installations, inspections, problem resolution etc… Help maintain morale, accountability, and positive working relationships across the installation team. Assist with inspections and communicate proactively with operations management. Process and verify information for custom shower doors; assist with shower-door installation and service calls as needed. Step in on projects when additional technical support is needed. Assist with project green-lighting, material inspections, and pre-job reviews. Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Qualifications 4-6 years of bathroom-remodeling experience. General knowledge of construction materials and installation practices. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency, including use of an Apple iPad, email, and Google Docs. High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug test and background check. Ability to lift and carry up to 0-25 lbs. on an ongoing basis. Comfortable working both in an office environment and at active residential jobsites.
