Role:

Bear State Construction Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Remodeler to join our growing team in Fresno, CA. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and on-budget completion Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, and finish work across residential and commercial projects Supervise and mentor crew members, subcontractors, and apprentices on job sites Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Communicate project updates, timelines, and issues directly with project managers and clients

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial remodeling Proven experience leading a crew or managing job sites independently Proficiency in carpentry, framing, drywall, tile, and general finish work Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Valid driver's license Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
