This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into project management, real estate investing, or home renovations and learn the business firsthand. You'll be out working around active projects, helping with materials, keeping projects organized, and making sure things continue moving forward.
What You'll Be Doing:
Picking up and delivering construction materials to active projects Coordinating and managing materials Making runs to Home Depot, Lowe's, houses, vendors, etc. Keeping track of materials needed for each project Checking in on flip projects Helping keep projects organized and on schedule Communicating project needs, updates, and issues Meeting vendors, contractors, or deliveries at properties when needed Helping with hands-on tasks at project sites Keeping job sites and project materials organized We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and shows up when they say they will Organized and good at keeping track of multiple things at once Comfortable driving throughout the area and making material runs Hands-on and willing to jump in when something needs to get done A problem solver who can figure things out Comfortable working independently Interested in construction, real estate, renovations, or project management Able to communicate well with contractors, vendors, and the team Willing to learn and take on more responsibility over time Construction or renovation experience is definitely a plus, but work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at what actually goes into buying, renovating, and flipping homes. You'll learn about certain materials, project coordination, budgets, timelines, and the entire renovation process while working directly alongside an active real estate investment and contracting business. For someone who wants to eventually work in construction, become a contractor, manage projects, invest in real estate, or flip homes themselves, there's a ton to learn here. We want someone who can start by helping us keep projects running smoothly and eventually become someone we can trust to take ownership of projects and get things done.
