Programs Supervisor (Full Time) - Gustine Elementary & Middle School Boys & Girls Clubs of Merced County - Gustine, CA About the Role We're looking for a motivated Programs Supervisor to lead daily Boys & Girls Club programming at Gustine Elementary and Gustine Middle School . This full-time role oversees youth activities, staff supervision, safety, and BGCA curriculum implementation. What You'll Do Lead, plan, and supervise daily youth programs Supervise and train Program Assistants, YDPs, and volunteers Ensure safe, clean, inclusive environments Track attendance, incidents, and program data Support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character development Coordinate field trips, meals/snacks, and special events Build positive relationships with school partners and families Manage inventory, purchase orders, and budgets Encourage youth participation and provide behavior support Maintain reliable availability during core program hours What You Bring Associate's Degree or 3 years supervisory experience Experience working with children Knowledge of youth development & supervision Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate staff and youth CPR/First Aid (can be completed on the job) Valid CA Driver's License Ability to use
