We are seeking an experienced and organized Plumbing Office Manager to help oversee and grow the daily operations of a newly expanding plumbing division. This individual will collaborate closely with the current administrative and field teams to implement systems, policies, and procedures that ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations within the office and field support structure. Experience in the plumbing industry preferred to understand our operations and business needs.Role and Responsibilities:
Work Closely with our Sales team for project walks, estimating, proposals, and pricing. Oversee /manage all administrative, scheduling, and operational functions of the plumbing division. Work with management to implement new workflows, policies, and process improvements. Supervise dispatching, scheduling, and billing functions for accuracy and efficiency. Maintain strong communication between field crews, clients, and administrative staff. Monitor performance, provide operational reports, and support job costing accuracy. Evaluate and recommend software or systems to improve dispatching and billing. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.Qualifications:
5+ years of plumbing operations and administrative experience preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing workflows, scheduling, and customer communication. Experience using QuickBooks (billing), ADP (approve timesheets for plumbing division) Housecall (dispatch and scheduling).Company Benefits:

This position requires working indoors in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. A typical work week is Monday through Friday eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week.
