Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Manager (SA2) to support wireless telecom projects by managing all site acquisition activities from RF design through NTP handoff. This role ensures service providers meet project milestones, Ericsson standards, and customer expectations while coordinating with internal teams, landlords, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Key Qualifications:

4+ years of telecom site acquisition experience Experience supporting large-scale wireless site builds (200+ sites preferred) Strong understanding of zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, and regulatory approvals Ability to manage multiple projects independently and solve complex issues Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred:

PE license, real estate license, legal background, or certified legal practitioner experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end site acquisition activities including RFDS review, zoning/permitting, landlord coordination, and NTP readiness Coordinate A&E/design services and engineering evaluations Monitor vendor/service provider performance, schedules, quality, and compliance Resolve acquisition issues and support construction/site access needs Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, reporting, and risk tracking Attend customer and project coordination meetings Support successful delivery of wireless infrastructure projects Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.
