• We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess expertise in handling various restoration. We are looking for a manager, or someone ready to take over as manager. This is a big opportunity. We are particularly interested in water damage restoration and mold remediation. As a restoration technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damaged condition using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
• Execute mold remediation procedures to eliminate mold growth and prevent future contamination.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to build, clean, and restore damaged areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of restoration projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during restoration projects.

• Experience:

• Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for various restoration tasks.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to restoration work.
• Certification in mold remediation, water damage restoration is highly looked upon.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
