  • $140,000 a year 2 days ago Benefits Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description ## About the Role We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to run our jobs from start to finish and be the primary point of contact for our customers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can keep projects on schedule and on budget while making sure every client feels informed, respected, and taken care of throughout the process. ## What You'll Do
  • Manage residential/commercial construction projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers — communicate proactively, manage expectations, and resolve issues before they become problems
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, permits, and inspections to keep jobs moving
  • Track project budgets, change orders, and timelines
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
  • Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates and updates
  • Manage punch lists and ensure a smooth handoff at project completion ## What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management (residential or commercial)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy managing relationships, not just schedules
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and budgets
  • Comfortable managing multiple active jobs at once
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Valid driver's license; able to pass a background check ## Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary:
  • $90,000
  • 140,000, based on experience and scope of responsibility
  • Bonus/profit share:
  • tied to on-time delivery, budget performance, and client satisfaction
