- $140,000 a year 2 days ago Benefits Paid holidays 401(k) Paid time off 401(k) matching Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description ## About the Role We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to run our jobs from start to finish and be the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Manage residential/commercial construction projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers — communicate proactively, manage expectations, and resolve issues before they become problems
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, permits, and inspections to keep jobs moving
- Track project budgets, change orders, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
- Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates and updates
- Manage punch lists and ensure a smooth handoff at project completion ## What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management (residential or commercial)
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy managing relationships, not just schedules
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and budgets
- Comfortable managing multiple active jobs at once
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Valid driver's license; able to pass a background check ## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:
- $90,000
- 140,000, based on experience and scope of responsibility
- Bonus/profit share:
- tied to on-time delivery, budget performance, and client satisfaction
