In this field-based role, you'll manage crews, coordinate with builders and inspectors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to code. You'll review plans, support estimating, monitor costs, and uphold Action AC's customer-first standards. Work with experienced technicians, receive ongoing technical training, and grow your leadership skills in a stable, service-driven environment.
